What kind of records do you provide?

What information must I provide when I order my driving record?

Just have your drivers license with you!  We'll need the usual details like name, address, email and phone number, but will also require more specific details, such as the last 4 of your SSN, drivers license number and the audit/DD number that appears at the bottom of the drivers license. All information collected is secure and never shared with any 3rd party.

How will my driving record be delivered to me?

Our company can e-mail or FedEx your driving record to you depending on what option you select when placing your order.  If you're in a hurry, we can rush the delivery of your driving record to you and have it in your email inbox within an hour or less (during normal M-F 8-5 business hours).  If you selected the standard delivery, your driving record will be emailed to you in 48 hours after the order is placed.  We also offer FedEx delivery options for customers that want a paper copy.  FedEx options include Overnight, 2 day and 3 day delivery options.

How much does this cost?

All records cost just $29.95!  Optional items like rush processing or FedEx shipping cost extra.

How do I open my driving record?

If we email your driving record to you, it will be a password protected .pdf document.  To open this type of document you will need a .pdf reader, like Adobe Acrobat. The password to open this document will always be your drivers license number.

I got my driving record and it doesn't show my defensive driving completion on it, why?

Texas courts require you to obtain a Type 3A certified driving record so that they can verify that you have NOT participated in defensive driving in the last 12 months.  If it does not show any defensive driving completion, that's a good thing!
